We accept the following payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Your billing name and address must match the one on the credit card you use for payment for security reasons.
Purchases made on our website use a secure server, so your credit card information is protected.
Orders received Monday -Thursday will be shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. If your order is received Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, there may be a 2 to 3-day delay beyond the mentioned ship time.
If there is an additional delay in shipping your order or if we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you using the email address or telephone number you provided when ordering.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. You will receive another email once your order is shipping that will contain tracking information.
We want you to be delighted with your Raisenne but if for some reason you are not satisfied with it, please follow the Return Policy below:
- If your order arrives damaged or broken, Raisenne will replace it.
- If you are not happy with your Raisenne, we will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase - shipping is non-refundable. We will credit your credit card for the purchase price.
- If the product fails during the first year of ownership, Raisenne will pay for the return of the product and send a replacement.
In all cases, if you need to return merchandise, please call us at 888-813-4652 or email us at email@example.com explaining the reason for the return. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. You may then send us the Raisenne along with your Return Authorization Number. When we receive the returned merchandise, we will respond as stated above. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or order entry error on the part of Raisenne.
Raisenne is required by law to collect sales tax as applicable per state.
